Works great

Bought this over 2 years ago to hang brooms, etc. in my hall closet. It was super easy to install and 2+ years later, it is still holding multiple handled cleaning tools with ease. Items hanging in it balance well and stay nice and close to the wall, making it great for a small space. I alternate the direction of the items hanging (some with brush/mop end up, some with the handle up) and it seems to allow the items to fit side by side better in the holder. I would definitely buy this again for future homes.
Easy to use, still working great after 2 years

I bought this for my father as a Christmas gift to help him organize his garage. Previously, he'd keep his shovels and brooms on the floor leaning against the wall. After 2 years, this is still working great holding all of his equipment. My only advice to anyone using this would be to put some type of protective paper on the wall below it so that your equipment (dirty brooms, wet snow shovels, etc.) don't mark up the wall. This hanger is durable and easy to use.

Bought this hanger on a lightning deal whim which spurred a "tool wall" cleanup. It's a good size, and will hold five yard tools without trouble when you figure out which direction to hang everything so the ends offset each other. It is sturdy plastic and seems to hold anything that fits in it without issue.
Sometimes the rollers get a little hung up when trying to insert a handle, but a jiggle frees things up and the rubber grips hold onto any handle. In the attached photo the rake has a relatively narrow 3/4" aluminum handle, the shovel a thicker (1.5"+) fiberglass one, and it holds onto either one great.
The mounting holes are staggered to distribute the load, so you'll need to plan on screwing it to a horizontal piece of wood rather than bridging two studs. Securing it well to drywall would be tough, because the mounting holes are recessed into the plastic and limit the diameter of the screw heads, so using a good toggle bolt (Snaptoggle etc) would be impossible.
Overall this is a sturdy tool hanger for a good price.

Everyone likes using it so well, that they use it! That is the key!

So easy to use and works wonderful. You don't have to "pop" the broom/mop/duster/etc into the holder and possibly knock your knuckle on the back wall, you simply set it in the slot and lift it out for use. This took out the clutter in my closet and everything is now neatly against the back wall and off the floor. And the great thing is everyone likes using it so well, that they use it! That is the key! lol
I mounted this to dry wall pretty simply with the anchors for the screws after using a power drill to make the marked holes. I used a ratchet or mechanical type pencil with the lead out far to mark the holes where I wanted to mount this as you need to go through the actual products mounting holes which are deep. I hope I didn't sound confusing because it was so simple for me to install!

Good product, slightly tricky install

The installation is a little awkward. You'll need a very thin pencil to mark the mounting holes. A normal pencil won't fit so the graphite won't reach the wall. I also go two different size anchor/screw packages between the two organizers. Once they're up, they work as the should. Please don't judge my old, rusty shovels.
