I was expecting a lot better quality with this kind of price point and after all the hype about Case knives the blade have a discernible amount of wobble, the blade is dull and has a different angle sharpened on each side of the blade the knife appears very cheap I am kind of wondering if it is a Chinese knock off one thing is for sure I won't be ordering any Case knives again
Classic Case and favorite EDC knife

This is my favorite knife of the many pocket knives I own. It may be a fishing knife but I use it for daily tasks which it performs with ease. I love the slim clip blade. Slices through food like nobody's business (it's essentially the same shape as a Laquiole) and is perfect for opening envelopes or other chores that don't require a beefy, military style blade which has become so common with many knife manufacturers today. This is simple, elegant, and contours to my hand perfectly. Plus, it has a bottle opener! My grandfather kept one of these in his pocket his entire life and I hope to hand mine down to my kids when the time comes. It's Case and it's a classic.

I had a knife very similar to this when I was a child and when I saw this it brought back memories. The knife is great for taking a long fishing. The hook sharpener the handle is too small to be useful, but the blade of the knife is very sharp and thin. You could even use it to fillet a smaller fish. I don't use the scaler and fish hook remover much, But it's nice to have for that day when a trout swallows a treble hook with power bait on it

Good quality knife but was surprised to see how small it was. I have a Case fishing knife that I've had for more than 40 years that looks exactly like the new one except that my old one is considerably larger. I guess I should have checked the dimensions but thought I was purchasing the same model knife.

It's a Case. Unparalleled quality and value. I'm glad it is manufactured in the USA but would buy it regardless of origin if the quality was the same. Too bad that so many of the other companies that once produced knives of similar quality bailed out to countries with lousy quality control. Case will continue to be my primary source for knives. Fond of Boker also, but, their knives that place anywhere near Case quality are easily 3 to 4 times the cost.
