Plusses and minuses.

Takes a while to warm up, especially on the second floor. Doesn't get to maximum hot until I've been in the shower for a while and I have to keep adjusting it. Does save on gas, tho, especially in the summer. The gas company actually called me to tell me my meter was broken. I had to explain.

I wanted to write an updated review of this product. We've had this since April and it no longer is consistently working. Some days we have hot water, many days we don't. It's no longer able to be returned and now we will be replacing it with a different brand. We've had 2 of these tankless water heaters, first one lasted 6 yrs and this one didn't make it 6 months. Horrible quality.

I have the exact same model installed in 2009 and last week, there is a crack inside the hot water container and cause flooding inside my garage. It only last less than 5 years. In my area, there is no in stock electric heater either at Lowes or Homedepot. My electrician suggested to buy the same model online and get 2 days fast shipping. The only reason to buy the same model is much easy for installation according to my electrician.
