I had several pairs of these pettipants from ages ago!! Like 20yrs!! They have worn well, washed well, but finally the elastic is stretched out. SO, imagine my thrill to find the same manufacturer still making these. I love these on hot summer days when I want a little something to keep my legs cool, Thes are a nice substitute as a slip under sheer fabric skirts bc they are not fitted. They are like boxy square shorts or culottes. I love these even under longer skirts when I can wear these and then cheat & just wear knee highs instead of full on pantyhose! I'm am SO happy to have found these again.
