Don't get me wrong, it's cute as part of the underclothes bits to give some volume, but the cheap plastic line inside the skirt itself pops out and makes me look like a tackle box with loops of fishing line hanging out of my legs.

this item was bought to be part of a costume, it matches they outfit's color really well and i find that just fantastic! i usually wish things came in a larger size but this is the first time i thought i could size down! it fits and despite my thoughts of possibly sizing down it stays in place for now. with it being layered under two layers of skirts and a corset this will not be getting left behind.
I have yet to wear the full outfit yet and will update it later when i have worn it for Halloween, but as it stands now i am sure it will perform as expected for a petticoat! very happy with this purchase!!
Update: Halloween came and went but the petticoat is here to stay it fits, it's comfortable to wear! The only issue I have with it and admittedly it's kinda my own fault for expecting it to do this and the fault of having two heavy skirts on over this, but it did not keep my longest skirt out from under my feet while walking thankfully the way the outfit is designed it all seemed to bounce back into place but it is somewhat of a concern and something I will need to address before wearing it again.

The can can was stuffed into a tiny little bag, causing serious crushing of the garment, I will be lucky if I can ever get it back into shape. Very disappointed with packaging, it would be great if it had arrived in good shape. SHAPE, pun intended.
