the extra wedge on the pillow is awesome for getting a better angle if the breast is higher up for baby to reach. i got this because all the other nursing pillows were too low. it does show milk spills but it washes easily. it's lighter than the dense boppy, which i also use.

Ok so I own too many pillows for the baby. I have the my breastfriend pillow, the boppy, the boppy lounger, and this one. If you are bottle feeding and your baby tends to spit up this is great to keep little tummies at an incline and save you front stuffing pillows every which way to do or saving your arm from holding up.

My first Leacho Natural Boost lasted 5 years and two kids. I replaced it with a new one for my third baby because Inhad lost the boost pillow. If I still had it it would still be perfect. When my babies didn't need it to nurse, they enjoyed sleeping in it like a regular pillow (lifts chest to discourage reflux) or as a cuddly (smells like momma). Highly recommend this for personal use or as a gift.
