Completely defective! Not worth the money AT ALL

We ordered two balloons. When filled with helium they turned upside down. What the..?? They also BOTH became nearly flat within 30 minutes so clearly they had a leak. Not sure how 2 could have the same exact problem. These are NOT worth the money AT ALL

The balloon arrived with a hole in it. A professional from Party City attempted to inflate this balloon for us, but clearly it came with a small hole because air escaped immediately.
