I purchased BioAdvanced insect killer for soil and turf with high hopes of banishing the pesky insects plaguing my lawn. However, I was sorely disappointed with the results. Despite following the instructions meticulously, I didn't see any noticeable decrease in insect activity. Even after multiple applications, the product failed to deliver on its promises. I had armadillos digging holes for grub worms and the holes kept coming.

Frustrated with the lack of results from BioAdvanced, I turned to an alternative product recommended by a friend. To my relief, this alternative worked well and effectively eliminating the insects that BioAdvanced couldn't touch. Armadillos were gone. It's disappointing to invest time and money into a product only to find it ineffective. I wouldn't recommend BioAdvanced insect killer for soil and turf to anyone seeking reliable insect control for their lawn.

I don't know if the headline is clear. Here's what I experienced.
- 5,000 sq ft yard, give or take
- single bag indicates it is good for up to 10,000 sq ft

I put down 1 bag. Yes it seemed to stop bug damage on most of the yard. But there are these 2 areas, where my yard bumps up to adjacent both neighbors' flower beds. The bug damage was only slowed down, not stopped. Which kinda surprised me 'cuz I had just put down what I thought was 10K sq ft worth of insecticide on my 5K sq ft yard.

So with much hesitation, a month later I put down another bag. But not on the whole yard. I focused on those long stretches that butt up to neighbors' flower beds. 1 week later I'm beginning to see the grass making some gains in those areas.

Which is great for the grass. But wow I just don't want to put down that much insecticide again. 'Cuz of the environment, you know.

So yea I really like how this product works as a systemic. Need a systemic plus a contact to give grass a chance here in north texas. But, I think I'll research for a different systemic for next summer. Just in case it works without having to put down so much.

I don't know anything about Lawn or lawn care but After reading a few reviews on this product, I paired this with Chapin spray bottle and it worked so great so many dead cockroaches, and earwigs out in the front lawn after the first 24 hours and continued to kill a lot of insects that were on the lawn that I wasn't even aware of.

I am recommending this 100%!! Easy to use!

Love this stuff and swear by it all the time. This stuff is really amazing and it does a great job at killing & preventing for all of your complete long term, desirable results that one could ever really expect to have from one product! Not much fun for the moles to come looking for grubs any more. The thickness of the grass appears to have improved also now that the roots aren't being eaten..
