Turns my halogen floodlight bulb on at dark and off at daylight. Bought this to replace one that was 15 plus years old. Hope this one lasts as long.

Works as advertised, lights turn on at dusk and turn off by dawn sonyou don't have to fuss with light switches. Please be sure to have the sensor facing out or change the bulb socket so that the sensors face out when you secure it. I took one star off only because some of my sensors do not turn fully on at night. For example, my exterior garage lights are brighter than my porch light. Without instructions or troubleshooting data, I guess I am stuck with it being this way.
Rubber gasket hinders operation

Appears to be working fine so far. I had to remove the rubber gasket as it hinders the connection as you do not want to over tighten it. The adjustment on daylight sensitivity works pretty good right set in the center of the sensor.
