The Hugo Portable Rollator Walker w 8" wheels came on 5/9/17 to assemble and use. Promotional material looked good, and instructions were very simple. Had some trouble assembling in that the tubes had an insert that had to be removed and the instructions failed to mention and I needed help to point that out.
Product is ideal. Walking with it is much improved. Locking brakes is a good touch. Good value with this one.

My Mother has recently been told that she should start using a walker, her therapist recommended as 4-wheel version (with brakes and a seat for resting.) I read some reviews on Amazon, and decided this model would be most suitable. After I ordered it, a friend of a friend said he had a brand new 4-wheel walker with brakes that I could have for free, so I cancelled my Amazon order. As it turned out, the walker the friend had was far too large for my 5'3" Mom, so I re-ordered the Hugo walker, and it came in about 3 (or 4) days. It was fairly easy to assemble, my Leatherman super tool had anything you would need, (or a screwdriver and a wrench would be fine.) My only (minor) complaint is that it's a bit tricky to open, you almost need an extra hand, but I imagine that with more frequent use that problem will subside. All in all, I was satisfied with the ease of ordering, the prompt cancelation when requested, and the quick completion of the re-order. Mom is not happy about having to use a walker, but she says this model is working fine for her. Thanks!

Good for certain areas.

Turned out to be great for going across lawns and grassy areas.
It is quite large and heavy and the wheels are large enough to handle areas that are slightly bumpy.
Altho it is pretty big and heavy, my 91 year-old buddy loves it for getting around the backyard, since the fairly large wheels work well, it is possible to sit for a short rest, and things can be carried in the seat carrier.
For getting around inside the house and some other areas, a smaller, lighter aluminum walker works better.
This one is very good for out of doors or visiting a shopping mall.
A fragile person might need help loading it in a car, etc.
