I guess I was hoping for more then it was. It is very difficult to move around. The flexibility I was hoping for isn't as flexible as I was hoping. I go to move the end of the pipe to where I want it and it pops off the end of the drain pipe. I connect it back to the drain pipe and it moves away from where I want it. It's not going to work where I want it but I'm sure I can find another place to use it at.

Because my side yard is the depository for runoff from both my roof and my neighbor's garage roof, installing one of these became mandatory if I intended to keep any soil in my yard. The hardest part of the installation was removing enough of the existing downspout (distance from the ground) to be able to affix the end onto it as I already have a water barrel in place nearby. Once that was accomplished, I was able to snake the pipe alongside the patio edge and behind a bush, then along the fence, well away from the damaged area. It is not fully extended in all the bends and such because I didn't want to impact neighbors to the rear and I didn't want to separate any sections because - well, then, where would I store the excess?

The path the drain pipe takes does not always slope strongly downhill, so I discovered that there is water sitting inside well after the rain has stopped. I do not wish to have to readjust this pipe after every rain, and I am puzzling out a solution to prevent a mosquito breeding farm. I haven't quite figured out how to introduce a Mosquito Dunk into the downspout or the pipe or how effective that would turn out to be, what with the rain barrel attachment 'n' all.

The pipe itself has a good weight and appears to be able to hold up over the seasons. Only time will tell. It does not appear to leak at any of the section joints. As something of a runt, I did not have the difficulty mentioned of squashing it as I uncrimped it, but I did not have substantial difficulty doing that, either.

Not a good product, it crumples irreversibly very easy, not the solid corrugated pipe at home depot like I thought it was, I will not bury this for my drainage product bc the soild will crush it easily

This stuff can be a bear to handle versus the other brand I've used in the past. It isn't as durable either, as I notice the occasional hole when bending the flex section. Cracks have formed as well where the sections bend, possibly from cold weather during the winter months? I suppose for some purposes it works well, just not in my situation.

Bought this between rains for a 3" round downspout which would pool water in an uneven area of our brick walk. Used Gorilla Tape to fasten it and will probably wind up hiring someone to fashion a 4" to 3" connector. Had another monsoonal rain last night and it works perfectly! All the water now goes down into the back yard and doesn't pool in our side walkway.
