It arrived broken in three parts along the edges, so I sent it back.
Fortunately there were extra hands available to minimize the damage

As noted by other reviewers, the Elmo picture was nearly impossible to remove from the paper backing without tearing it. Fortunately there were extra hands available to minimize the damage. It thrilled a two year old on her birthday, but almost didn't make it to the cake.

I did not find this one easy to take off. I am glad that I had a back up plan because it ripped into a couple of pieces. I have used these before from other companies and they worked much better. I don't think I would buy these again.

I am not artsy, but I am frugal. I bought this and put it on a homemade cake. Worked great! My 2 year old loved his Elmo cake. I would use this type of product again. I was concerned it wouldn't be OK in the hot mailbox, but it was fine.

This was pretty much exactly as described. took a bit of work to get the image off the backing paper, but nothing too difficult. threw it in the freezer for 30 seconds as directed and it came off pretty easily. just had to be careful that I didn't pull too hard or I would have ripped Elmo's eye off (not good!). looked awesome on the cake. everyone was impressed with the overall look of it. Glad i found this online and will definitely order again from this company.
