I wish I had bought both CobraHead weeders long ago!!!

I love the long-handled version because weeding was becoming difficult; but found I can use this also, while sitting and weeding. The stroke is so much different from my others; no need to push forward with jarring force, but instead you weed pulling backward. It lifts weeds out really easily, too. Great for getting closeup to see the weeds hiding in the grass. I love it!!!

This and its long-handled version are my most used tool. This tool is awesome. It is great for deep soil cultivation. I use it to work three wildflower strips before planting season. I used to break up the soil with a tractor cultivator, but now I have stuff that is coming back every year, so I don't want to plow everything under. I can't say enough good things about this tool and the long-handled version.

Great product! This thing handles the biggest, toughest weeds around. It easily gets under/behind the full root and rips the whole thing out. Others have posted videos of it in action, I can tell you it works exactly as shown. I liked it so much I got my mom one for Mother's Day.

I'm not one to gush about a garden tool, but I can already tell that this will be one of my favorite tools of any genre. I used it for the first time a few hours ago to try it out and see how it would work with one of my current projects. I am removing some Asian jasmine ground cover that was first killed with herbicide (though the root system is still capable of sending up new shoots). Someone else said this was like an extension of your hand, and that is the perfect analogy. It's a steel hooked finger with a small spade tip like a hardcore fingernail. It tore the soil extremely easily and started tugging on root balls if I remained patient and steady. The thing operates precisely the way you would wish when weeding (though it could be used for a number of other jobs). 5 stars for now.

I own two of these and ordered this for a gift. She was very happy with it. I use this tool every time I work in my very large garden, It is invaluable to me which is ehy I have two. I misplaced the first one and ordered a second because I find it so useful in weeding.
