Dean has lousy customer service. The electronics on my acoustic electric stopped working, and when I contacted them, all they could tell me was that they don't bother to carry replacement electronics for my guitar, and if I wanted to I could try to find something on Ebay. Stay away from Dean guitars.

I purchased this guitar for my granddaughter to use in her high school band class. She instantly fell in love with it. Quality of construction is superb. Excellent sound and numerous features such as built in tuner made this an exceptional value.
