This product arrived on time, as published. However, it does not appear to be new. I thought that I was purchasing a new product. And it appears to be damaged. It did make the griddle heat up, but I am concerned about how it will perform long term.
Not a great fit for my griddle.

It doesn't exactly fit as a replacement for the Bethany griddle I have- it is just not quite right... and as a result, the griddle shuts off and on so the temperature is not right for lefse.
we need quality control probes for Heritage Grills

We are buying this control probe because we do not have any other option. When we buy one it may heat the grill at lower oF and the other may heat the grill at higher oF. There is no consistency in the product quality and we use it only for short amount of time as it becomes defective shortly. Bethany should either improve the quality of the probes or lower the price of the probes.

No it doesn't fit the Heritage grill we have. The power conductors on the grill are too big to fit in the female receptacles on the control. Ended up lunching both the grill and the probe. Our $35.00 grill will now cost over a hundred dollars to replace. Don't buy this if you have an older lefse griddle.
