Holes

I use this sand in my garden. Problem is, the bags seem to always have holes in them and the sand runs out where I don't want it. Have to keep the bag the sand comes in in a second bag to contain the sand.
Used to help keep gnats out of plants

I had a gnat problem with most of my indoor plants I had started growing. Adding a top layer of this sand, as well as taking some other steps to get rid of and prevent gnats has helped to get rid of the gnat problem completely. This sand looks nice, and is surprisingly not too overly messy, and haven't had any problems with it spilling out of where it's put around plants.
Huge hole in my sand bag

Sand is ok... but the bag it's in is super thin and crinkly (like a cheap Doritos bag) and had a huge tear on it. My entire package (with multiple contents) was covered in sand. Sand all over my hallway and my stairs and my apartment. Probably missing a good amount of sand but not sure if it's worth it to ship it back and return. The sand is pretty soft and fine. It's sand, alright.
Not for succulents

This is great potting sand to use if you have something else to mix it with. Doesn't drain well and my aloe Vera has been struggling sense.
Can help resolve fungus gnats/flies

I used this to cover the soil, in addition to using nematodes, to get rid of fungus gnats/flies for my indoor plants. This sand has consistent sized grains and makes for a nice looking covering. (other sand I've used can have rather inconsistent looking grains and look quite a lot rougher.) Worked well for my purposes.
