Do not soak it or the color will turn black or dark grey. I put some dish detergent and try to soak it because there are dried meat on it. About 3 hours later I returned the chrome or silver bottom became dark grey or black.

Oh my gosh! I love my half sheet jelly roll cookie sheets! I made 12 rainbow jelly roll cakes for my granddaughter's first birthday and these were perfect! I also ordered a full sheet for one larger jelly roll cake as the centerpiece. Will be using my Libertyware jelly roll cookie sheets with parchment paper a lot!

I should have read the reviews more thoroughly before ordering, as I see others have received damaged pans. I agree with the reviewer who suggested that these are factory seconds. Mine also arrived dented and scratched. The shipping box was not damaged and the pan is made of reasonable quality aluminum, so it must have sustained a significant impact at the factory. Disappointing.

These were both great pans (I purchased them @ the same time) until I roasted vegetables on them - one washed fine - other is very tarnished?/dis-colored?? No idea why or how to fix - or even if I should continue using it!!?
