Used this with a fogger machine. Really helped with minor mold in damp crawl space.
Peace of mind

I read many reviews and watched some videos about this product. I purchased is to use on my air conditioers. It is not a miracle spray but I soaked my a/c before and after cleaning. It was challenging because they are in the wall units and I cannot remove them on my own to give a proper cleaning. I do however find some relief that this disgusting buildup (over many years) will not grow back quickly.
On a side note the label says it is safe to use inside and there is no odor to this product making it bearable to use inside.

I am building out a campervan and one of the biggest issues living in a vehicle can be mold growth. I found a leak in my van and before I continued my build, I wanted to make sure I took any steps I could to prevent mold in my subfloor and roof. I sprayed down my entire van, using the entire bottle. It was the perfect amount to cover my entire Ford Econoline van. I sprayed it in all the nooks and crannies and soaked my wood with it. This was a step that definitely will help me sleep better at night knowing even if I ever do find a leak, that the wood will be resistant to mold growth.
Only downside is that it did leave a visible crusty white film in some places where it was sprayed; however, it wiped right away with a cloth.
I would recommend anyone building out a van or vehicle dwelling to use this before it's too late!

There is lots of misinformation out there about mold. In a nutshell, this is the way I understand it:
1) Mold is an organism that needs moisture and darkness to survive (like plants, only mold needs the opposite of sunlight)
2) Mold spores are what most people are allergic to
3) Mold spores are everywhere, but will only become live/grow with water and darkness
4) So mold spores can sit and wait in a dry, light environment for years (like plant seeds)
5) Wiping mold with bleach and a sponge will cause the live mold to die, but the tiny mold spores will fly around into the air and find another place to hideout
6) "Encapsulating" mold spores is one of only a few ways to prevent mold spores from growing
This product will immobilize the mold spores. If you want to get rid of discoloration from live mold, your best bet is to clean with bleach first and THEN apply this product to lock down remaining spores in the area. This product works exactly as intended, but will leave some surfaces a bit tacky (it leaves a coating); it's the nature of how it controls future mold. IMHO, it is not great at cleaning the surface of live mold, but it will stop further progress.
Bottom line: use this for locking down spores and inhibiting/preventing growth... use an additional product to clean live mold and related staining. Also, eliminate the source of moisture (very important) and add light to the area.
