Loved it !
Good little houses.

I have bought several of these houses and the condition of the wood differs from time to time. It all depends on if you feel it is worth the extra work you have to do to fix problems that come along with different kits. I find the challenge makes me more creative . For the price they are well worth it for the completed size. This does not come put together , you do all the work. Sanding , painting, gluing together and wallpapering if so desired. (Purchased extras not provided) You get the house only not anything more.

It took a lot of work but it was my first time making anything like this. I made it for my niece for Christmas and she absolutely loved it!! It was fun to paint and customize. It was also delivered fast.
First dollhouse kit!

This was my very first attempt at a dollhouse and i did a pretty good job. It took approx 50hrs and alot of sanding to complete. Do not buy if you are an impatient individual! I omitted the stairs because i placed the bay window on wrong side and did not want stairs in front of it. This is just the start of a new addiction and I am now in with love miniatures. Gave this to a 5yr old little girl my mom babysits.
