This matt is heavy and perfect for my book binding cutting and working. It is large enough to fill a good working space and I like the fact that it is grey rather than green. The guidelines are obvious and easy to use. I would recommend this cutting mat to anyone who wants a mat of substance. It is heavy and not partcularly portable but that makes it a perfect permanent working space.
