My Mom used this stuff for years. This spring I made some little wooden name signs for plants in the garden and wanted to seal them up to maintain the paint and ink. Used this. Took awhile to dry, then put them out on the stakes. Holding up pretty well.

I used this product to seal some wooden Halloween decorations we made. So far it has worked like a charm. It dried in a matte finish and so far the wood hasn't absorbed any water and we don't have any colors running so I'd say it seals things successfully.
