My backyard grass is dying because of my inadequate watering technique, so I searched for a solution. I am a happy homeowner to have found this sprinkler. My sideyard is long and narrow, making conventional sprinkler hose systems challenging. This hose solves that issue, and in addition, allows me to water more lawn at one time...huge time saver. It works as a sprinkler if white side is up, and soaker if white side placed down. So this is also a bonus. It's also kind of fun watching my dogs run through the fine water mist. This hose is perfect for my needs. I'm happy. Dogs are happy, and the lawn is happy.

These hoses were not meant to be used with water flowing at full force. That's probably the reason why they are breaking because there is too much pressure. I use about a 1/4 turn on my faucet and it provides ample water and pressure to get the job done for the entire 50' length.

My problem is that I wish they had made a 75' hose. I purchased an additional 25' hose and attached it. The water barely comes out of the extra 25'. Certainly not with the same amount of pressure as it does in the 50' length. Right where the two hoses meet, plenty of force for the 50' but nothing for the 25'. Very disappointing. I tried the 25' hose by itself and the water comes out just fine.

I wouldn't recommend joining two hoses.

This is exactly what I've been looking for! Twice I've tried soaker hoses made by Apex. It appears their quality control isn't very good. The first one worked beautifully for the first 25 feet, but not a drop came out the last 25. Removed the end cap and nothing came out. So returned that one and got a replacement and while water travelled the full length, The spray was only about 4" high. Add to that it was such low buck vinyl it had to be left in the sun to soften it up.

This soaker unrolled perfectly right out of the box, and covers about 25 feet wide. I highly recommend this product!

Bought 3 soaker hoses. I read all the pros and cons on all the different soaker hoses. I believe I made the right choice. Very flexible and lays flat. I even connected all three together and it works great to the end. Live in New Mexico where it is hot and dry. These soaker hoses are great for the shrubs, flowers and trees. I plan on buying more.

Works well but made of material that rabbits and squirrels like do not leave out as they will eat it!!!
