Attractive and durable. Much nicer looking than the worn wooden one it replaced (even after I tried painting that one). My wife did say she thought it looked a bit like an outhouse, but I never saw an outhouse with a steeple. Holds a ton of seed. I did take another reviewer's advice and fashioned a funnel out of some thin plastic (like you'd find in a school binder) for filling it, and that works well.

This is our 2nd North States bird feeder. They are not necessarily my taste, but the birds love them. We have the blue and the red houses and they both stay very active. The feed is loaded through the chimney, which easily slides off and on, but securely stays on otherwise. They are well built and sturdy. Our have fed birds, chipmunks, and squirrels for years with no problem.

We have a variety of birds that like to use this bird feeder. It would be cute if the barn doors would stay attached, but they are constantly falling off. It is easy to fill through the chimney and holds a lot of seed. It is all plastic. Squirrels easily jump onto the roof and hang down to eat a lot of seed.
