The plastic flange on the faucet that came with my Aquasana under-sink 3-chamber water filtration system cracked and then broke away. Besides aesthetics, I wanted to avoid leakage to the under-sink area so I ordered the polished chrome version of this faucet. While I would never classify as "simple" or "easy) any job that involves using a wrench at the back of the underside of the kitchen counter or sink area, this is probably as easy an installation as one could hope for. It's a good faucet in appearance and function (better than original). The shape allows for filling tall pots and pitchers. I particularly like the way it has two modes: Push the black lever up and water flows as long as you hold the lever up and stops when you let go. Push the lever down and it locks into place and water flows until you pull it back into its original position.

Nice look and simple in terms of space it takes up and install... I'm using it with a marine pump that used 3/8 inch tubing though and I think the water pressure is a problem going from 3/8 to 1/4. Consider that when getting this if your tubing is bigger than 1/4 from your fresh water. My pump basically sputters on and off and doesn't have constant flow. I may have to get a new 3/8 faucet.
A lot better than the old version water dispenser.

Working well for 4 years - no leaks. I give it 4 stars because after ~ 2 years the handle wouldn't stay flipped up (useful when filling large containers). FYI: to jury-rig it I keep a tie-wrap set to the correct diameter draped around the neck of the faucet. Classy? no, but it works.
