These were great for the price. Do not fit large heads and some came in a little banged up even through they were in a box. Overall they worked for what they were needed for.

Bought these for a class dance show. Basic, plastic hats. White stripe isn't painted on, it's just a piece of cardboard attached to the hat. For my use, they worked fine. Appreciated the piece of paper between each hat to keep them from sticking together.

I ordered these for a birthday party, and they were a blast. Although a little difficult to separate from one another, these hats added a great festive feel to our spy theme. You definitely get what you pay for as far as quality, but I wasn't looking for anything that would last for years, and all hats made it through the party and beyond. Had I to do it over again, I'd still purchase these hats.
