My trimmer had no instructions, but just remember that the bolt holding this guy on loosens in the wrong direction. I won't embarrass myself and share how long it took, how many different tools I tried, or how much cursing I did before I figured this out.

Great edger blade. Keeps the lawn looking nice and doesn't cause any damage to other hard surfaces. These are designed to wear down over time and this was my second blade in a couple years so lifespan was pretty good.

Direct replacement part for a Poulan edger attachment I got for my other brand named weed eater and you need the extra blades because you will eat through them edging driveways and walkways. I bought 3 so I don't have to order again anytime soon. 1 blade should last a season on a home property but not doing lawn maintenance for a living. I do both sides of my garage and I don't do it every week if that helps time frame.

Perfect fit for my older craftsman edger. I believe that my craftsman is just a rebranded poulan. It had a nice snug fit. The blade sparked a bit and rounded off on the first use. I'm a little curious how long it will last given how quickly the corner rounded off, but I typically only edge with this edger only once a month, so will probably last a good 2yrs.

From the picture of the Poulan edger attachment for a Poulan weedwacker, it appeared it was the same as the Craftsman. Since the price was low, I decided to buy one. I was right. It fit perfectly and now my Craftsman weedwacker edger attachment is making my gardens look great. Just buy one and you will be happy. I will probably buy an extra as they do wear down relatively quickly and you will want it to cut the full depth. Tip. If you want to go down 5", first cut on the grass side. Then, go the other way with the wheel on the inside of the garden. You may have to take the cut sod out first before you make the cut from the inside but you will get a nice and deep cut which leaves room for a 3 inch layer of mulch.
