I thought that the curlers would have some sort of Velcro-like stickiness to them to hold the hair. Since they do not, one has to use hairpins!!!

Really guys? A tray?
While the curlers a fine - there's lots of them and they're sturdy enough - the "tray" is this floppy flimsy cardboard half box that they are shipped in. I didn't even know it was a part of the product, it just looked necessary to package them. Don't advertise a tray unless it's actually a tray...
This product isn't awful - in fact, I like the curlers!, but if you want a way to permanently organize your curlers - I'd find something else.

Didn't have the holder for the rollers just a cheap cardboard box so wasn't worth the money because I could have bought what the picture shows at Sally's for two bucks more
