I love these gel heel huggers (They're sold separately, I bought 2). Not only did it relieve my sore heel but it made my Ellicott Easy Spirit shoes fit so much better. I see that some are sold without the gel padding but I think that's the best. The gel pockets are on each side and they're so comfortable. They're a little expensive but I love them. I do think the advertising should make it more clear that it's not a set of 2, only 1. I have trouble with both heels.

and i have very wide heels and my ankles swell often. i took a chance on this and got the largest size possible. it fit softly yet snug and i walked and the heel pain disappeared. i know since i wear it all the time i expect to wear it out faster than someone with occasional use, but thats ok, it is worth it to be relieved of heel pain, when that time comes i won't hesitate to buy another.
