Si me ayudo con mi problema de talón en cuanto los empece a usar el dolor disminuyo considerable (cabe mencionar que no quita el dolor al instatante), en lo personal hice ejercicios, use pomadas y hielo para ayudar a disminuir mi molestia ya que es muy molesto no poder caminar a tu ritmo y en mi caso tengo que trabajar largos periodos paradas o sentadas. Llevo 3 dias con ellos y me siento muy agusto, los puedo usar con cualquier tipo de zapatos claro que unos zapatos se siente más apretados qué en otros pero valió la pena la compra.

I've only had these for a short period of time so I can't speak to how long they last, but keeping in mind they were only $12 if I have to replace them every so often its worth it.
I deal with a lot of heel pain, I have to wear orthopedic shoes and when I wake up in the morning I essentially walk around on the balls of my feet/toes because its uncomfortable to try putting my whole foot down until I can get some shoes on.
These give me the support as if I were wearing my ortho sandals but allow me to go barefoot. Total game changer, I no longer have to wear shoes around the house and also cut down on the wear and tear of my ortho shoes. I'd much rather pay $12 every month than have to replace my ortho shoes every 6 months from wearing them 18 hours a day every day.
