Great craftsmanship, Poplar Wood, and a perfect fit for assembly.

We bought the whole package, this frame, the tri-fold mattress, the bag for the mattress, and a mattress cover. The whole thing is perfect and very comfortable. This is nicer than a standard roll-away bed, and more convenient to move around and store. The frame is a little heav, but easy to carry.
Assembly was very simple. The Poplar wood pieces are very well made, the holes and dowel inserts are perfectly placed and sized. Everything fit together perfectly, so there is good craftsmanship to the bedframe. Folding it up is a little tricky, you have to pick up the frame from the middle, then fold up the legs, then fold completely. The only problem I had was with the screws. They were not quite long enough, and they were not centered. I easily stripped them, so I had to go back and add 2" cabinet screws, and the next time I used a low torque setting on my drill. It might be better for someone to hand screw in the screws, but I'm lazy.
Overall great product from Milliard, thank you!

I've had this bed in the box for months unopened. As it happens my daughter doesn't come over often because of diatance so the unopened box sat in the closet for months. Opened this a few days ago, guests coming to stay, and put it together. Love it! Lots of parts but if you follow the parts guide, which tells you the length of each piece it's pretty easy to put together as well as super sturdy. And it's real wood. Saved myself a trip and a toll to IKEA for an outgassing compressed wood futon bed. This bed is a bargain for this price and once my wife rubbed a little wood oil in it, looks really nice. Don't be frightened by the assembly. A measuring tape will help you match peices up super fast. If I had a suggestion it would be that the manufacturer put a sticker or pencil in the part numbers, but totally not a deal breaker. Folds up a bit bigger than I expected (essentially a fullsize bed folded in half) but some casters from Home Depot will make it easier to move to my storage unit which is in the building.
easy to assemble

Amazing bed, great for apartments. Love the style. I recommend this to anyone. Better constructed than ikea (solid wood) and with shipping is the same price as ikeas cheapest bed. Made here in the US, got to keep jobs local. Never makes noise ;-) I recommend this bed to everyone!
Love this bed and it's made in the USA

Love this bed and it's made in the USA. Built it in about 25 minutes by myself (I was a wizard with Legos growing up) sturdy and built to last. Can easily be used as a daily frame. I would suggest some furniture slider pads for the points of contact that touch the floor to prevent scratches when the moment arises.
