I am so happy I bought this unit. My last truck I had to air the bags up with the chucks sticking out by the tag But now, I still have the chucks sticking out by the tag and I also have this to air them up on the fly! So many advantages to this. I can air the bed up while driving and I dont have to air them up before I leave the house and have to deal with the terrible ride on the way to pick up whatever I need to pick up. I think I went a little overboard with this setup because I didnt really need the unit that can individually air each side up. I just needed the single one but you never know I might buy a camper or something some day. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because It doesnt always work, either its out of range or something or not getting the signal half the time. If I hold the button down to go from 5 psi to say 60 psi it will read FAIL! So I have to inflate the bags 5 psi at a time and then that will work. otherwise it will just not work. I have changed batteries, I have been standing right next to the unit with the controller and it still does it. I have called customer support and they just shrug their shoulders and have no idea how to help me. It is what it is and I will continue to inflate it a little at a time as long as it works.
Good addition to my truck

The Airlift wireless kit works well on my 2005 4X4 SR5 Tundra Crew Cab with a 1500 lb camper and a 3.5'' lift kit on Firestone airbags with LT17-285 tires. I have had the airbags for a year. I took it on a 800 mile trip to Canyon Lands and Moab for a checkout run after having it for a month. On rough trails it searches to meet preasure as the rear axel articulates, so it is cycling the compressor off and on to a concerning degree. However when it is on a normal road it works well and is super convenient. I am thinking of installing a kill switch for serious off roading to stop the pressure searching.

Installation, I am a fairly expert mechanic (not a fast one, I did it for a living on Mississippi river boats long ago) and it took me most of a day to install it in my shop working at an old man's leisurly pace. However, I did a good job, I had never installed one of these before and also fabricated a compressor cover to keep mud off. It took an hour to read the instructions and figure out where to mount the controller and compressor. Another hour to find an ignition-on circuit to tap into and a firewall pass through and then it was hose and wire running, drilling, faricating and testing. My son is very fast, knows his truck in and out and I think he could do it in 3 hours, maybe.

I rated it as a four star becuse it was harder to instal than indicated and the searching is a hassle I need to fix. I think a software fix is possible.

First, when I went to unbox and inspect, everything looked in order, except the air hose. This is the hose that connects to the bags - see picture. The install went fairly smooth, I took my time routing hoses and wires, wrapping and heat shrinking all of the connections and routing everything real nice, looks great. I have a 2020 F-150 so my frame is too big for the U-bolt, so I had to drill into the frame to mount it, that bummed me out a little but no big deal there. Confirmed all of my voltages truck on and off at the compressor connector after I was done routing everything and I had a good ground, and 13.55 volts at all of the other three pins on the connector. I connected, and reconnected 10 times because the blue tooth portion of the compressor is not working. Neither the BT Settings on my iPhone, nor the device tab in the application ever see the compressor. Pulling the connector at the compressor does nothing but let a little air out each time I connect it. Next, who among you doesn't work from 8-5 Monday through Friday? I do, and apparently that's all that Air Lift works as well. It's Saturday, June 11th, and I have an inoperative compressor, and on Monday, while I'm at work, I'll have to take a break to call them, and I'm sure they are going to want me to do crap with the truck, and I'm probably going to lose it on the poor call taker. The service bulletin that came with this device says that it should come with a controller, but because of the global chip shortage we'll have to order that later and that pairing to my phone is the only option for now.

I'm a nimrod!!!! I downloaded the app for the single controller, not the dual.!Tech support got to me quick and after my thorough explanation of my configuration and troubleshooting, he went straight to the app being the problem.

So what's my take away? Read all the reviews, good and bad, and be prepared to experience some of the bad. Make sure you have plenty of time between installing the device and the time you need to actually use it, AND, be sure to leave your manual inflation valves installed.
Great Support

I used the wireless air system on my 2018 Chevy 2500HD Duramax truck to improve towing my fifth wheel trailer. Having a wireless remote and bluetooth for control of the system air pressure is awesome. Anyhow, About 2yrs and 3mo after purchasing and installing, the remote quit working. Tried new battery, but it wouldn't turn on nor display anything. I got on Air Lift's website and opened a warranty ticket even though I was 3 mo past the expiration. I didn't receive any replies, but a few days later a new remote showed up at my house with a UPS label to return the failed unit. This is a company that stands behind their products!
