I have a mare who gets really tight in get poll she keeps this on from the second she comes out of her stall till she goes back in. She doesn't get so tight anymore and is much better about setting her head. Overall she's much more comfortable with this on especially in the cold months

I haven't tried it yet, but the quality & padding thickness is nice. My only wish is that it had Velcro fasteners instead of loops that the crown piece of a bridle goes through because trends are now in ergonomically shaped halters AND bridles with different thicknesses in the crown piece. Looks like it will be a cinch to clean.
