Keeps baby happy!
ErinFebruary 11, 2018
I've only been using this wipes warmer for a few days now, but wanted to comment on it's performance. So far, the warmer is great. I cloth diaper, and decided several days into cloth diapering that it was silly for me to not also use cloth wipes, so I invested in a warmer, wipes, and an inexpensive wipes solution. I bought the Osocozy flannel wipes, and the baby bits soap solution. I placed two baby bits cubes into 4 cups of hot water (microwaved 3 minutes), then poured this over my wipes. I then put the wipes and any remaining water into the wipes warmer. It does say in the directions not to pour water into the warmer, but so far it has worked. My baby now enjoys diaper changes and doesn't leave the changing table crying and fussy. She actually almost smiles when I'm wiping her because of the warm wipes. ALSO, I am only breastfeeding, and while we are 5 weeks in, this would have been really nice in the first couple of weeks to double as a hot towel warmer for my chest, when I was still sore. I'm ok now, but this is a very inexpensive hot towel warmer; it probably doesn't get as hot as real hot towel warmers, but it would have been better than nothing, or waiting five minutes for my sink to warm up in the winter. So all in all, an investment to complete your clothing diapering / wiping routine. I too was a parent that thought I'm not going to spoil my child and do the 'warm wipes thing,' but... my viewpoint has changed; anything to keep that baby not fussing, I think we would all agree is a plus ;) Also, to comment on the light: my husband just put a couple layers of painters tape over the light and this dimmed it enough so that the room didn't light up.
Great with cloth diapers

We have used this for one year now and are very happy. We bought this in the US but are able to use it at our home in the UK with just a plug converter. Since we are already using cloth diapers, it is so easy to grab a warm cloth wipe from the warmer next to the changing table, wipe her little bottom and then toss the wipe into the wet (or soiled cloth diaper). Then one only has to pick up the all-in-one diaper by the outside to toss in the wet bag lined diaper pail. I wash them with the diapers. Much easier than having to buy disposable wet wipes and having to take out the trash after poos. Also, we have not see diaper rash with using the cloth wipes. Probably because it's just water and no chemical irritants. Important to use fragrance-free laundry detergent and NO fabric softener or dryer sheets, if you want to keep your cloth wipes hypoallergenic (and keep your cloth diapers absorbent).

I initially bought the Prince Lionheart Warmies Wipes to match it as well as the Grovia Reusuable Baby Cloth Diaper Wipes. Both fit in the warmer and work just fine. The Prince Lionheart wipes are smaller and initially much softer than the Grovia wipes, but they also got caught frequently on the hook and loop (velcro) closures on the all-in-one cloth diapers in the laundry and over time the softness became similar to the Grovia. Initially I rolled the cloth wipes individually to put them in. It holds 12 wipes easily. But then that was too much work and it was just as easy to lay a stack of wipes each folded in half in the warmer. The antibacterial sponge needs to be rinsed once per week. This is good to do to keep it moist so it doesn't get hard and stick to the bottom of the warmer. It's also important to make sure the lid doesn't get left open (otherwise dries out quickly). When I put in the wipes I basically run the whole pile under the tap and then squeeze out the water and put into the warmer. Very easy. Very low effort. I think I have two packs of Grovia (24 in total) and one pack of the Prince Lionheart wipes (18 count). It's useful to have a stack of dry wipes. If things look messy, I can put one under her bum to finish the clean up after removing a soiled diaper. Also good for wiping noses and cleaning up spit up. I refill the warmer with the wipes every 36-60 hours depending on number of poos. I replace the antibacterial sponge about once per month as recommended, but it is unclear if it is necessary.
game changer!

i did cloth diapers with my daughter and one of the biggest annoyances was trying to figure out the best way to clean her off, so i get the cloth wet at the sink first and bring it to the changing table where it inevitably gets cold? do i leave her on the changing table and run as fast as i can and fear that she's gonna roll off? spray a dry wipe? well this second baby i decided to try a wipes warmer which is something i would have said was totally unnecessary before having kids...oh wow! it's SO NICE to have a supply of clean, damp, warm washcloths at hand. i don't think twice about using 2 or 3 they're just right there ready to go. plus i can imagine it feels so nice to get cleaned up with a warm washcloth! so fresh. even if you aren't cloth diapering, i would say it's worth switching to cloth wipes and this warmer. amazing. i can't wait to give this as a baby shower gift :) added bonus- the light on the front is actually bright enough to change a diaper by in the pitch dark!
I Disabled the Light
SuperTiaSeptember 30, 2017
This warmer is fantastic! I disabled the light on my warmer so I'll never have to worry about it being too bright. I disabled the light by removing the four screws on the bottom of the warmer (two are hidden under the pads), then lifting the lid. Next, I cut the two wires connected to the heart-shaped light button. After I cut them, I placed electrical tape on the ends of the wires, placed the heart-shaped button and screws back in place then voila! No bright light to worry about. Also, this wipe warmer worked better with my organic material cloth wipes than my flannel.
Amazing product!

We are in love with this wipes warmer! We didn't bother at all with the pad thingy that was included after reading people's advice in reviews. I use about 1 cup of water & 1 tsp LuSa baby wipe juice at a time to saturate cloth wipes in sets of five and stack them in the warmer so it's full of about 15 (it holds 16 max). At the end of the day I take out the remaining wipes (if any), wipe it out and let it air dry for a few minutes, and fill it up again with freshly saturated wipes. I don't think it's necessary to do this each night, but that way we have a fresh warm stack by morning (since it takes a few hours to heat up). We have had no problems with water dripping out of the container when opening the lid (there is a lip on the back that prevents spillage). It is a spa treatment! Our baby's diaper rash is also much better. Using the chemical-free wipe juice and this warmer is amazing. Highly recommend!
