Quick shipping and very nice vest; however, it's too big for my 8-almost-9-year-old who is actually pretty big for his age. He won't tolerate the feel of it, but I think it's less the vest itself but more the size. We've ordered from F&F several times before with lots of success. Will return and swap for a smaller size. If you have a relatively thin to medium-sized "tween" or young teen, I think this vest will be perfect!

I purchased this for my 17 year-old diagnosed with autism. Compression really helps her with sensory needs and de-escalation, so we were hoping the vest would work for her and it really has. She is 163 lbs and more developed in her chest area, so the vest isn't able to be velcroed equally on both sides.
The pockets used to hold the weights could be designed a bit better. The smaller pockets are appropriately secured with the Velcro, but the longer ones need more Velcro in place to be able to keep the weights in without sliding too much. It would also be great to have more options for weights' sizes (smaller or bigger bags) and actual weight. She wants more weight because it helps her when she's anxious and perseverating, but trying to find additional weight packages has been very difficult. We have resigned ourselves to going to the local crafts store to get materials and make our own, so that she can have bigger and heavier weights.
