I should have studied the picture more. During installation, I realized that the product is one hunk of metal (pretty solid) and sturdy enough to hold my 100FT heavy duty hose.

However, look where the screws go. There are only a few inches of space b/t the holes for the screws and the decorative front.
Why is this so important? It's important because how do you get your hands and a screw driver in that small space to tighten the screws?
The answer is you CAN'T.

I had to use a compact screw driver (perhaps 3 inches long) and it was really an exhausting project. Remember, this has to be screwed into your siding AND you need to be using roughly 3 inch screws. This requires some leverage and more importantly the ability to access the screws "head on" which you can't since the decorative front is blocking you. Just look at the picture and you'll understand.

Finally, no hardware or installation instructions are included. There is much room for improvement.

Received in two days and I was not using Prime. I am always surprised when that happens. As another customer mentioned, the paint job leaves something to be desired. I have learned that anything you buy for outdoor use that is made in China, will need several coats of Rustoleum paint and this item is no exception. If you do that, you won't have any problems for several years. Painting it myself doesn't bother me. I like the Rustoleum Hammered paint - black or bronze. This product is a good buy. You will be very happy with it.

Looks good, works well but awkward to install, they way the holes are positioned it's impossible to mark the wall with a pen so i ended up with an extra hole in the house beause it was off kilter first time. They do NOT come with hardware to hang them, which makes sense to me as houses are many different materials, what would work on a brick or block house wouldn't work on a wood or shake house. Holds our long very heavy rubber hose easily - (PS every time I use that house I wonder - what was I thinking when I bought a rubber hose? sure it will last forever, but dang it's heavy to haul around!! - if you are buying a hose thought you might want that tidbit of info)

While this Wall Mount might not save your marriage, it solved an ongoing problem in our household. My husband has complained and nagged since I purchased a rolling hose caddy for our yard six years ago. "It leaks, it's not convenient, etc." I cannot stand to see a pile of hose lying on the pavers all cattywampus. My husband chose a stainless steel hook style house holder to mount on the house when the rolling caddy broke. I didn't think it was worth nearly $100. We compromised on this baby and I might add our marriage is safe and sound. We've even received compliments from guests.

Haven't installed yet, but so far the painted detail is a bit disappointing.
