I bought this because I had a total knee replacement are used one in rehab at the doctors office this trap along with a 24 inch yoga ball did many exercises with it for my rehab. This along with the other things that I did is why I was released by my doctor after two months of rehab won't have to see him for one year I will continue to use the strap and the ball for my exercises love it highly recommend for anyone especially in a total knee replacement
