I absolutely love this protein powder. It has great taste without being too sweet. I'm on my 4th tub, and I'm still able to drink it daily without tiring of it. Wow, this is so good. I buy the vanilla flavor. Here is my recipe for a chocolate shake:
3/4 cup smallish ice cubes
1/2 cup whole milk
3/4 scoop protein powder
1/2 Tablespoon Ghirardelli Majestic Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoon Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate
Blend in my Ninja
Calories - 248
Carbs - 19
Protein - 25
I also love it with frozen strawberries (instead of ice cubes), whole milk, and add a half a pack of Wild Strawberry flavored Crystal Light mix from the 16oz packs (adds flavor and sweetness).
This protein powder expands a bit when blended which gives it more of that rich shake feel.
I am really feeling guilty drinking it but I need the protein.

I mix 1 scoop in about 250ml 2% milk, and it turns to foam. It takes 10-15mins to fully dissolve. And I guess they made some change to the cookies and cream flavor. The casein protein cookies and cream tasted too good, but this doesn't. It's still okay, not bad.
