Was looking for a shoe similar to this, and stumbled upon these. Really like the shoe and will be buying more of the same shoe when these wear out. Comfortable and light. Like them a lot. First time I have ordered shoes off the internet as I have a foot that is probably a full size larger than the other, and am nervous as to how a shoe will fit. Put these on when they showed up and have absolutely no regrets.

In the picture, the Peat/Sudan Brown looks like a moss green and black grey, but it's not. So, go by the name, not by the color in the picture.

Otherwise, these are great shoes. I've had 3 pairs, 2 like this and one with the boot, and they are very supportive and comfortable on hikes.

These shoes lasted me a year, which is pretty impressive, because I don't usually own more than one pair of shoes at a time so these were worn 365 days pretty much. Typically at the one year mark even the most expensive hiking shoes are fairly worn out, and I must say that probably only some $200+ pairs of Lowas I have owned held up as well. It may seem silly, but one thing that impressed me about their durability was that the laces lasted the entire year as well. Don't know if it is my feet or what, but the last 4 or 5 pairs of shoes I've owned the laces broke after about 9 months, even some very expensive brands. These laces were not even frayed a bit.

Another thing I liked about them was they were comfortable from day one, although they did not give as much support, stability, or padding as more expensive shoes I've owned.

I was not super-impressed with their wet traction. Seemed like they were a bit slippery when I was walking in somewhere out of the rain, but on another note, even though they are not waterproof, they actually kept my feet dry when tromping through dewy grass and stepping in the occasional shallow puddle. I can recall one time my feet actually felt wet at all in these shoes.

I'm wanting something with a little more padding and stability so I will probably not buy them again, but all-in-all these were a great value for the price. Top notch shoes that I am proud to have live a year plus with and give 5 stars to.

That is a good pair of shoes. My only concern was on the arch support, which is not very high for that kind of shoe.
I will update with more info as I wear them
