Mine lasted less than 9 months. I have other Everpure products in which I have been satisfied. This item has been a disappointment. UPDATE: considering my other Everpure products, I decided to purchase another Solaria water dispenser thinking that my previous purchase was a fluke. My 2nd dispenser last 4 months. It emitted a terrible burning smell when on and plugged in. Steer clear of this product. There has to be a better option.

I had the same/similar Everpure hot water dispenser for years (I think over 10 years). I loved it. As it was tome to replace it, I choose the same/similar hot water dispenser. I had this new one for about 2 months and so far , it's working just fine. I love it. However, I had one major issue when installing this product. As you can see, there is two (2) outlets on the top of this product. The one in the center is larger than the one in the corner. However, this product came with two connectors that connects into these two outlets with 2 different lines. Unfortunately, these two connectors were od the same size which can only fit onto smaller outlet (one in the corner). its impossible to place one of these connectors onto the center (larger) outlet. Fortunately for me, I was able to salvage the larger connector from my old hot water dispenser, which fit perfectly onto the center (larger) outlet. I think the company need to make sure that they are sending correct size connectors (one small and the other larger. Not two same size) with this product
