The value you got for this protein powder is impressive. I'm a big fan of the cookies & cream flavor and this did not disappoint. It's been great for post-workout recovery or even as a quick and easy meal replacement. I've never gone out of my way to get protein from Six Star but this tub has changed my mind, i'll certainly buy again!

When it comes to flavor, Six Star is better than most. The Strawberry flavor is not too sweet and there is no chalkiness when blended. I'm not a huge fan of the strawberry flavor, but it is not too difficult to get down. This protein blends best in water and I like to put a little more water than what is recommended on the product. Sometimes, I like to use milk for my smoothies, but this product does not blend as well in whole or 2% milk. if you use milk, skim/almond/coconut are better options. The best part of this product is the satisfaction that comes when using it. This product yields results. The calories, amount of protein, and the addition of creatine monohydrate make this protein ideal for muscle building. I have noticed a difference in muscle growth since using this product. I also had no issues with upset stomach after drinking this product, which I have experienced before with other blends. Overall, I'd rate this product a 5 on quality, 4 on strawberry flavor.

I was looking for a cheaper protein powder since the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard I had been using finished. I got it on a lightning deal but is now full price which I can't afford on a regular basis. I found Six Star which had 30 grams of protein for less than $20. I bought the Triple Chocolate since chocolate is my go-to flavor. It tastes different than the Gold Standard double chocolate flavor I had gotten used to. It tastes a bit too sweet but it could be the no-calorie sweetener I added. I'm sure with time I will get used to the flavor since today is my first day using it. It gives me the protein I need at a low price so I can't complain.
Update: I'm on my second day of using Six Star protein powder and it tastes so much better without the added sweetener. I added the no-calorie sweetner out of habit since the Gold Standard was a little bitter so I added sweetner to give it a little more flavor. Not the problem with this protein powder, tastes just fine without it.

I got this protein in Strawberry just to try something different. I usually get chocolate and I'm not overly fond of vanilla. This protein mixes well. It doesn't clump up and it goes down smooth. It's also better than average in the taste department. I used it as my post workout shake in the mornings. The fact that it has several BCAA's and Creatine in it meant that I could cut my doses of everything else I was taking. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good, cheap, all-in-one type protein.

Vanilla cream flavor is perfect for all of my shake recipes. Blends really well in shakes. The powder disappears and doesn't leave that chalky taste often found in protein powder. The flavor isn't overwhelming in any way. It just like adding a little vanilla extract to something. It also makes my shakes a little more milky and smooth particularly when blended with tart berries.
