I've used this product many times over the years (used cars, what are you going to do?) and it always sucks up the oil etc quickly and cleanly. They instructions are dead-on - just spread it over the spill and wait until it's dry.
Once, a freak storm came through and rained on the product before it was completely dried. It also fell into the 40s at night. I just waited an extra day, let the sun go to work and the entire mess swept up in less than ten minutes.
Highly recommended - this is the solution you're looking for.

Didnt work on concrete

Had some oil get on our driveway, used a ton of products to remove and this one really didn't do much. Disappointed
