I am in my 60's and started new workouts with a trainer this past year. I tried other protein drinks which either didn't have the proteins and vitamins these have or could not tolerate the taste. I drink one within a half hour of working out and have been really happy with the energy and surprised at the muscle gain for my age. I have only tried the frosty chocolate so I can only attest to that flavor but I put these in the freezer for about 10 minutes to get them really cold and they taste much better than all the others I have tried. I have now re-ordered multiple times and 51 has become my go to protein drink. If you are busy and have to skip a meal, they are a quick substitute to avoid a hunger crash.
