This drink is not only great tasting, but it is very healthy! I came down with a very rare disease called Sucrase-Isomaltase Deficiency that made it impossible to eat almost everything for example: cereal, bread, pasta, fruit, oats, and anything else that contained sucrose sugar (table sugar), or contain Fructose (sugar from fruits). So I had to wait to get approved from my insurance company for a $2,600.00 per month drug that breaks down sugar. Well, Ensure contains sugar and I couldn't eat this ether, until I got approved for the medicine.
