I'll be totally honest on a couple things.

First, I didn't realize this was the meal replacer version - it has more calories. That was my bad but on the bright side, I've been using it as a meal replacer. So that works?
Second, when I first decided to try one of these, I put some ice in a glass, poured this on top of it, and then took a sip and - whew. Okay, so the smell was not something I was used to. I can't quite describe it. It wasn't bad - it was just weird. Protein-y? I could tolerate it but I couldn't breathe in when I was taking sips.

And I'll admit, the first glass, I found myself thinking "Darn, what have I bought, I don't like these very much..." I did, however, feel full and energized after. I had a great workout about half an hour later.

I decided to push through my purchase and drink these - I had paid, after all. I'm really glad I did! The taste grew on me quickly. It's not terrible but again, just different. I wouldn't consider it like a chocolate smoothie, not at first. When it grows on you, it'll taste like that but at first? It may be a bit odd. Honestly, I still don't breathe in when I take a sip because I don't like the smell but the taste has become something I'm quite fond of.

What was at first a two star purchase because I didn't like it has quickly become a five star one. I'll be trying the lower calorie version ones soon and then other brands. But it's nice to know that I enjoy this one. :)

I suffer from anxiety issues which has cause weight loss of about 20lbs. I'm already skinny so it became unhealthy. I started drinking ensure as it was all I could get down, it tastes great, I actually enjoy them. And I have gained weight by drinking 4 a day. My metabolism is really fast. So two doesn't cut it. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. Highly recommend.

My mother is in end stage COPD, and was down to 92lbs. She has little appetite, but has made herself keep drinking Ensure. I buy the plus for her because of its 350 calories. She tries to drink three per day, and has actually put on two pounds over the last month or so. Doesn't sound like much, but it's the most she's weighed in two years or so. I sure wish the price was more reasonable, as its very costly to keep her stocked up. Amazon has the lowest price on these that I've found so far...

I lost 35pounds of muscle mass due to cancer. This product has helped me slowly regain some of my lost weight. And, I've had zero appetite but drinking 2 or 3 of these a day has helped me partially regain my appetite. At least I'm on the right path now and not continually losing more weight. Try it!!!

This is a fabulous product. I cannot say enough good things about it. With all of the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants etc., you can feel good about using it to supplement your diet when eating is difficult. The taste is great and the bottle is easy to take with you. The subscribe and save option is perfect for this product. I use it to make milkshakes with fresh strawberries and ice cream for a treat to regain weight.
