Good buy, great taste. Bought for spouse going through chemo and radiation, as not much else sounded good to eat. Kept the good carbs and fats, so was good to have on hand. Now comes in several flavors such as Vanilla, Chocolate, Mocha, Strawberry, and Butter Pecan.

I had high hopes for this product because I used it many years ago. I did not get any additional energy from taking this product; I was hungry an hour later, and the worst aspect of the drink was the horrible "aftertaste" when I finished the bottle. Perhaps it is not the same for the other flavors, but I threw out 10 of the vanilla bottles.

Drinking this once per day ensures my weight will remain stable. I suffer from awful digestive symptoms, but this does not affect me if I drink it slowly or with carbs. I hope to see weight gain soon
