This is a great pattern however the DMC floss is HORRIBLE! It breaks super easy and tangles even more... if you purchase it you will want to purchase new string.

Very cute pattern that my mom chose to create for her second grandson's arrival. We ordered with the standard two-day prime shipping and it arrived in only one day. Nice surprise! She's been working away on it and so far is very pleased. All the expected materials came neatly packaged and ready to go.

First I bought a frame and glass and received it quickly and was happy. Then I realized I ordered the wrong size and it was too large for my picture (my error, not theirs!) and so I chatted online with Customer Service and the rep was very helpful and I ended up deciding to buy a mat instead of returning the frame. The Customer Service rep helped me figure out what mat size was needed in order to fit the frame I already received and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was pleased with the experience from beginning to end.
