These work okay. They are lightweight, and don't hold much. Most manila folders have a few creases at the bottom, so you can adjust the thickness. Fortunately I am only inserting a maximum of about ten pages in these, so they work okay. As advertised, you can fold them to place the tabs in center or edge positions. I will look a bit before purchasing them again, looking for a thicker paper, and the extra folds. In the meantime, they are working okay.

Best invention since sliced bread. Ordered these as-is not realize they have a clever folding method allowing any of these to be converted into a right tab, middle tab or left tab folder. No more digging through a box trying to get a good mix to keep my file drawer staggered! Good quality, not flimsy. this is all we will order now!
