Completely satisfactorily works on oval shapes such as my RP-HT21 Panasonic headset. While putting the pads on, they easily stretch to fit slightly ovular shapes. The quality appears to be equal to the original Panasonic, even so far as thickness.
In the Q&A of the RP-HT21, several people ask for suggested replacements. Answers given recommend buying new headsets because they're inexpensive. Of course, the cost of these pads is many multiples less expensive than doing that or even makes buying smaller quantities of pads hardly worth it.

Ever notice that if you have a great headset, by the time the ear pads are shot - YOU CAN'T FIND REPLACEMENTS??? You can find 'em for NEW headsets but why would you need them THEN! Anyway - finally found these ear pads in the size I needed so I ordered a pack! I hadn't even noticed that it was a pack of 20! Now I can be buried with my head set sporting new foam pads! LOL...

The ear pads that I ordered were apparently measured incorrectly. I ordered ear pads for 50mm diameter earphones. The pads I received had holes 50mm in diameter, so they were waaaaaaay too big for my phones. I offered to send them back to the company, but they said just keep 'em and they'll send me some for the appropriate size. The second set I received fit perfectly and my ear phones are like new again. I think the company needs to specify exactly what the size of ear pad measures. To my way of thinking, a 50mm ear pad should fit a 50mm ear phone. Perhaps it was just a mistake on their end, but a better description of what to measure would be in order to eliminate any ambiguity.
