Ok everyone here's the deal. My ears suck. Ok, let's bring it back. I got the se846 about 6 months ago and have tried many many tips including the medium and small spinfit single. Turns out, my left ear is a jerk, it has this horrible little bend that cuts off the sound entirely OR ever so slightly dampens the left channel making me constantly question if I'm hearing correctly. I'd spend more time paranoid than enjoying the music. Finally I got these. Dude. I can hear out the left channel now! The isolation is wonderful and it brings the best sound I've heard from the se846. It's unbelievable. I'm using the small, which is fairly comparable to the tri flange provided by shure (assuming you've cut off the top flange) the top flange of the spinfits is a bit smaller. So the fit? Well it's not one that digs into the ear. It kind of pops and I don't think it changes the sound. The popping is probably due to the size of the top flange, but pull the ear up and back, shove it in, and you'll get the hang of it. They're not supposed to dig in. I may try the medium for a tighter fit, but the small is just fine.
I just got them and have to use them more, but already they are the only tips that allow even sound, if you have issues with ear canal cutting or diminishing the sound please try these.
How's the sound? Well it's lush af bro. Bass is brought out, mids and clear and present across the soundstage and all the various layerings are perfectly presented. For some reason they are easier on the ears than the single flange spinfits sound wise, the singles tended to alter the sound in a fatiguing way, these don't. These present a full bodied pulsing and pounding yet incredibly smooth textured sound. The soundstage has also flowered into a screen in front of me and in my head. It's a freaking trip.
Sometimes they itch a little but that's something that goes away with getting used to them. They also isolate waaaaaay more than the singles. They isolate pretty much the same as the shure double flange (when trimmed).
Guys I love these tips I think I found the ones for me. They may not be for everyone but If you have fit issues then try these!

This might be the only one fit IER-Z1R with strong grip

I tried many tips but most of them are short versions (less than 10mm long) which won't give enough grip to stabilize IER-Z1r. The only one will work for me is FIIO's double flange tip (15mm long, only medium I guess) but FIIO's center core diameter is too large which cannot give enough stability. CP240 (Medium in the photo) has the exact diameter to fit IER-Z1r and the right length. You still can insert (very very hard to do so) the white tube but that will remove most of sound details so I would not recommend.
Great eartips but pricey

I have a pair of Shure SE846 in ear monitors. I go back and forth between silicone eartips and the Comply memory foam. I found the Comply more comfortable for long listening sessions but I got a better seal (and therefore more bass) from the silicone. Over time both types of tips need replacing for different reasons. When I came time to replace my silicone tips the Shure brand that I usually use were out of stock so I decided to give the Spin Fit tips a try. I was a little skeptical having to use a sleeve to make it fit properly but the fit on the IEM are good and snug. They don't feel like they will come off easily. I put them in my ear and the fit was nice and tight so I was optimistic about the sound I would get. I started running through my list of songs that I use to test headphones and I was not disappointed. Bass was incredible. Deep, tight without being fatigue causing boomy. I will say that the bass was probably the best of any eartips that I have ever tried. While I have yet to wear then fir an extended period of time the time I have spent with them tells me that the comfort level is going to rival the comply memory foam. Normally after a half hour to an hour of listening time other silicone tips make my ears sweat and start to get a little slippery causing them to have to be readjusted. I am not getting that with the SpinFit. They are not only the best sounding eartips that I have ever used they are also the most comfortable. Now the downside. Value for money. I gave them 3 on value for money. While they are amazing in every way they are very expensive. By comparison Shure's own triple flange tips are $7 for 3 pair compared to $11 for a single pair of the SpinFit making them 4x as expensive as the Shares. So now there is a dilemma. Are they better than the Shure tips? The answer is a resounding yes. Are they 4x better than the Shure? No. As much as I wear my IEMs I end up replacing silicone tips at least twice a year. The cost of the SpinFits are going to start adding up. If they would include 2 pair of tips for the $11 then it would be a better value for my money and then be worth the extra money.

For those curious, these work very well with Jabra Elite 4 earbuds. The OEM eartips were too small for my ear canals and did a poor job isolating sound as well as keeping the earbud in place, especially when chewing. The double flange design of these earbuds really helps secure them in my ears.
The fit of the eartip onto the nozzle of the earbud is ok, but a little loose; however, there's a great hack; I pushed the eartip way up on the earbud so that that much of the eartip is around the actual body of the earbud rather than just the nozzle. This does a few things: 1.) it secures the eartip to the earbud tightly, 2.) the earbud doesn't stick out of my ear quite as far, 3.) most importantly, the earbuds will fit in the charging case, well almost; a very slight pressure is required to keep the lid of the case closed. Usually just the pressure applied to the case from my pocket is enough, however, I often throw a small rubber band around the case too.
I'd give these earbuds 3/5 stars without the hack, but a solid 4.5/5 with. 5/5 if the charging case lid would close completely on its own.
Hope this helps other Jabra Elite 4 users.
