I tried many tips but most of them are short versions (less than 10mm long) which won't give enough grip to stabilize IER-Z1r. The only one will work for me is FIIO's double flange tip (15mm long, only medium I guess) but FIIO's center core diameter is too large which cannot give enough stability. CP240 (Medium in the photo) has the exact diameter to fit IER-Z1r and the right length. You still can insert (very very hard to do so) the white tube but that will remove most of sound details so I would not recommend.

For those curious, these work very well with Jabra Elite 4 earbuds. The OEM eartips were too small for my ear canals and did a poor job isolating sound as well as keeping the earbud in place, especially when chewing. The double flange design of these earbuds really helps secure them in my ears.
The fit of the eartip onto the nozzle of the earbud is ok, but a little loose; however, there's a great hack; I pushed the eartip way up on the earbud so that that much of the eartip is around the actual body of the earbud rather than just the nozzle. This does a few things: 1.) it secures the eartip to the earbud tightly, 2.) the earbud doesn't stick out of my ear quite as far, 3.) most importantly, the earbuds will fit in the charging case, well almost; a very slight pressure is required to keep the lid of the case closed. Usually just the pressure applied to the case from my pocket is enough, however, I often throw a small rubber band around the case too.
I'd give these earbuds 3/5 stars without the hack, but a solid 4.5/5 with. 5/5 if the charging case lid would close completely on its own.

Included Nozzle Adapters are worth it for Blon BL03, CCA CRA, KZ DQ6, etc

The size adapters included with these tips are perfect for any smaller nozzle set.

Allows me to fit any tips on those sets, such as diameters around 5.5-6mm like a 1more triple or ZS10 Pro nozzle diameter.
The adapter size is about the same as a Final Type E tip's stem diameter (I mean the tips themselves, not the super small Final adapters), these adapters may be a hair smaller, but I think my Final tips are just stretched a bit.
I haven't found a use for these tips themselves yet, as I was trying any and all tips I could find that weren't too expensive.
These either mess up the sound too much due to the nozzle diameter/length or just awful fitting / no seal.
Maybe some day these will be useful, until then the adapters make up for it.

The S12 has a somewhat short nozzle, which may affect how well a standard eartip seals. CP 240s are a good solution if you need a longer silicone tip and don't like foams. They fit over the S12's chonky nozzle (the diameter of the rim is about 5.8 mm, the nozzle itself is a bit less than 5.5 mm).
Unfortunately, my mutant right ear apparently sometimes causes the CP240 to kink or compress between the flanges, which attenuates the bass and lower mid range. This eartip works perfectly in my left ear.
If you experience this, CP145 or W1 tips might be a better option.
